SOYBEANS PROCESSING: DEMONSTRATION OF THE OPERATING LINE

You’ll have a chance to see the complete processing line in operation:

• removing the hulls of soybeans and obtaining the soy kernels: DEHULLER-MILL LSG-4
• extruding the soy kernels into full fat soy : EXTRUDER E-1000
• getting the oil cake and soy oil: OIL PRESS OP-1000
• cooling the oil cake down: COOLER OE-1000

 

CANOLA PROCESSING: DEMONSTRATION OF THE OPERATING LINE

You’ll have a chance to see the complete processing line in operation:

• feedstock preheating: PREHEATER GH-1000
• preliminary oil pressing : OIL PRESS RP-500
• oil cake processing: EXTRUDER E-1000
• final oil pressing: OIL PRESS RP-1000
• cooling the oil cake down: COOLER OE-1000
• oil purifying: DECANTER CENTRIFUGE

The oil right after been discharged from the oil press will be cleaned and clarified

 

 

EXTRUDED FEED PRODUCTION

EXTRUDER E-1500 with preconditioner for pet food and aquafeed

 

 

TEXTURED VEGETABLE PROTEIN PRODUCTION

EXTRUDER E-250-10ST for production of textured soy protein (soy meat, soya chunks) using as raw materials the solvent extracted soybean meal
